CloutFilmz - Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

Clients must book their shoot date before purchasing a package through the website.
Purchasing a package on the CloutFilmz website confirms and fully covers your payment for the selected video service.
Once payment is processed, your booking and production slot are secured for the agreed-upon date.
For businesses or commercial projects requiring more extensive work, payment may be handled through custom invoices and quotes provided by CloutFilmz.
All bookings are subject to availability, and dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Clients may request to reschedule their shoot at least 72 hours in advance, subject to date availability.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of your booking.
No refunds will be issued if filming has already taken place on the booking date you requested. This includes partial or full completion of your scheduled shoot.
If unforeseen circumstances occur (such as weather or emergencies), CloutFilmz reserves the right to reschedule the shoot at no extra cost.

Average video delivery time is 2–3 weeks after the shoot date, depending on workload and project complexity.
Final videos will be delivered via a Google Drive or digital download link.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your completed video.

Each package includes one round of reasonable revisions to the final video.
Additional revisions or creative changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.
Revisions do not include reshoots unless specifically agreed upon.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time to the shoot and ensuring all people, locations, and props are ready for filming.
Any delays caused by the client may reduce filming time without refund.
Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions or permits for filming at private or restricted locations.

CloutFilmz retains full creative control over filming and editing style to maintain brand consistency and quality.
All raw footage and project files remain the sole property of CloutFilmz unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are granted a license to use the final video for personal or promotional use.

CloutFilmz is not liable for delays, equipment issues, or loss of footage due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, or third-party interference).
In the rare event of such issues, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or recover the project.

By booking and purchasing a service through CloutFilmz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
