CloutFilmz - Refund Policy
At CloutFilmz, we take pride in providing high-quality videography services and ensuring every client has a great experience. Because our work involves scheduling, preparation, and creative labor, all purchases are subject to the following refund terms:

• Refunds are only available within 6 hours of your purchase and booking confirmation.

• After 6 hours, your payment becomes fully non-refundable as we begin preparing and scheduling your shoot.

• No refunds will be issued once filming has taken place on your selected booking date.

• No refunds are available for videos that have already been shot and edited, as creative time and production resources have already been used.

• Each package includes one free revision to ensure you’re satisfied with your final edit.

• Additional revisions beyond the included one may require a small additional fee.

• Reshoots are not offered unless CloutFilmz determines there was a legitimate issue or mistake on our end that affected video quality or delivery.

We value every client and aim to deliver the best possible visual experience. If you ever have a concern about your video or experience, please reach out — we’re happy to make it right within reason and in line with these terms.
